  • Position IABC Hawaii as the communications organization of choice in Hawaii by providing excellent member services, professional awards programming, community service, opportunities, and communications resource materials;

  • Offer imaginative, cutting edge professional development programs that are responsive to the needs of members, attractive to potential members, and effective in increasing organizational member base;

  • Provide formal and informal means for professional growth and development among members, including certification courses, mentoring and career information and opportunities.
